Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the rules for accessing and using Motionflow. By using the website or platform, you agree to these terms.
Using Motionflow
You may use Motionflow to create, edit, manage, and export videos and related brand assets for lawful business or personal purposes.
You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and the activity that happens in your workspace.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, violates these terms, or causes harm to Motionflow or others.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of the content you upload or create in Motionflow, subject to rights you grant us to operate the service.
You grant Motionflow permission to host, process, generate, render, store, and transmit your content as needed to provide the platform.
Billing
Paid plans, usage resets, taxes, and payment terms are shown at checkout or in the billing area of the platform.
Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Changes to plans or billing settings may take effect immediately or at the next billing period, depending on the payment flow.
Acceptable use
You may not use Motionflow to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with platform infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, or access data that does not belong to you.
Availability and changes
Motionflow may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Motionflow after changes means you accept the updated terms.
